Yes. Once we receive your reservation, we will ask you to provide us with your passport information. On the day of the excursion you are required to bring your passports with you to show at customs
Yes. Covid Vaccination Certificate with 2 or 3 valid doses (less than 9 months since last vaccination). Otherwise a negative PCR test is required and it has to be made within the previous 48 hours of departures. You must fill in a health form that we will send you once the reservation is confirmed. Those over 12 years of age must have their vaccination certificate.
Once we receive your reservation we will immediately check the availability of the service, soon after we will send you an email confirming the tour along with a link to our payment gateway.
With our “Book now and pay later” mode so there is no prepayment. Payment is deferred when availability is confirmed.
Yes, you can. If you cancel the reservation up to 48 hours before departure you will receive 100% refund. If you cancel after this time limit the reservation cannot be refunded.
