Search by texting keywords or phrases in our home page browser or in our menu on the top of the page organized by tour category and by city.
- Book:With one click you can book amazing activities!
If the number of participants in your group is from 1 to 8 people, click on the “BOOK NOW” button, select the number of participants, the language for the guide service, the date and starting hour. Check the total amount of the tour that appears under the scheduled starting hour and click the “BOOK NOW” button.
Check all the data you entered in the cart page, then “Proceed to Checkout” or “Continue Shopping”.
In the Checkout page enter the travelers information data requested, then choose the payment method (PayPal or card) and ..ready! You just book an unforgettable experience.
Payment with Discover Andalucía y Sevilla is safe. Discover Andalucía y Sevilla uses the SSL security protocol, so that only you and your card issuers will have access to these data.
Once you completed the payment your money will be not debited in our bank account until the service supplier gives us the confirmation of the availability of the booked service. If our supplier confirms the availability you will receive an e mail with the confirmation and your reservation voucher. If there is no availability we will send you an e mail with an alternative date or itinerary. If you cannot accept the proposed alternatives your money will be refunded by the same payment channel.
If the number of participants in your group is bigger than 8 people fill in the “PERSONALIZE” form in the activity page and you will receive a customized quotation within a few hours.
2) IS THERE ANOTHER WAY THAN TO BOOK ONLINE?
Discover Andalucía y Sevilla is a service to make bookings online through the fully reliable website. Therefore, we can only accept bookings made online with a valid and authorized credit or debit card. Reservations are not accepted by fax, by phone or by other means.
Discover Andalucía y Sevilla uses the SSL security protocol, so that only you and your card issuers will have access to these data. Thanks to this encryption protocol, commercial transactions on the Internet are as reliable as purchases by telephone.
However, you can fill in the contact form, send a message by what’s up Application directly from the website or email to firstname.lastname@example.org to have further information at the moment of making reservations.
3) CAN I BOOK AN ACTIVITY WHEN I GET THERE?
Discover Andalucía y Sevilla activities can only be booked online. It is recommended you book your tour online in advance in order to guarantee availability and avoid disappointment at destination.
If you wish to wait and book at the destination, you will need to contact a local supplier once you get there.
4) DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS FOR SENIORS, CHILDREN OR OTHERS?
The majority of private tours offer prices on a group basis independently of the age of participants. Sometimes babies from 0 to 3 years old do not pay entrance tickets to attractions, in this case we will ask you to specify how many babies there are in your group.

6) WHEN I PAY MY BOOKING?
Payment of an activity is mandatory at the time of booking.
7) WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay for your activity using credit card or debit card or via PayPal. We accept all major credit or debit cards in the world (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, etc.) and all cards accepted by PayPal.
No payment processing charge or fees due to your booking will be applied when paying by credit card. In case of payment with PayPal gateway a commission fee will be applied.
8) IS MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD SAFE?
Discover Andalucía y Sevilla uses the Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer and all other popular browsers. SSL encrypts your personal information and your credit card is available only to you and the credit card companies. This encryption makes doing business on the Internet as secure as making purchases by telephone.
9) I GET ERROR WHEN TRYING TO PAY MY BOOKING, WHAT CAN I DO?
Discover Andalucía y Sevilla accepts all major credit or debit cards in the world (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, etc.) and all cards accepted by PayPal. The booking process is completely automated and all credit card transactions are 100% secure.
If your card is generating a consistent error, verify that your card has not expired. You may also contact the card issuer. Otherwise, we recommend you complete the booking using a different card or even change the method of payment.

10) CAN I PAY IN ANOTHER CURRENCY?
Yes you can. However, your bank may charge fees for converting your payment currency to euros and make the corresponding conversion under its criteria.
11) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION?
Once you completed the payment your money will be not debited in our bank account until the service supplier gives us the confirmation of the availability of the booked service. If our supplier confirms the availability you will receive an e mail with the confirmation and your reservation voucher within 24 hours. If there is no availability we will send you an e mail with an alternative date or itinerary. If you cannot accept the proposed alternatives your money will be refunded by the same payment channel.

12) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE VOUCHER WHAT CAN I DO?
If you do not receive the voucher within 24 hours after your purchase, please check your email Spam folder or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
13) WHAT DO I DO WITH THE VOUCHER?
A voucher is issued per booking and acts as proof of purchase.
Just show the printed or electronic voucher (on your smartphone) to the guide at the meeting point.
14) WHAT DO I DO IF I AM DELAYED FOR MY TOUR?
Refer to the contact details indicated on your voucher and contact the local supplier for instructions. There is no guarantee that you will be able to join your tour on a later departure.
Discover Andalucía y Sevilla recommend arriving at the meeting point 15 minutes prior the departure time, whenever possible, as activities cannot be refunded if you are delayed for the tour.
15) CAN I CALL THE GUIDE OR LOCAL SUPPLIER FOR ANY QUESTION RELATED TO MY BOOKING?
Of course you can. Discover Andalucía y Sevilla recommends that if you need to make an inquiry about your activity, you have trouble getting to the meeting point, among others, you contact your guide using the Local Supplier contact details that appear on your voucher.
16) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY TO MY EMAILS

17) CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY BOOKING?
It may be possible to amend your booking, with no extra charge. Please, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to provide us your booking number and specific details of your amendment, and we will be able to advise if the change/amendment is possible.
Please note that acceptance of these changes is subject to the availability and cancellation policy of the local supplier, so they could not be guaranteed on some occasion. However, we will always offer you the best possible alternative.
18) WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellation policy varies according to the terms of the supplier of the activity. The information about the cancellation policy of each activity are detailed on the description of the activity itself and in the voucher of your booking.
19) I WANT TO CANCEL A BOOKING, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you have to cancel your booking, please, let us know by sending an email to email@example.com. You will receive a refund depending on the cancellation policy of the activity you want to cancel.
You can find information regarding the cancellation policy in the description of the activity and in the voucher of your booking.
20) WHAT IF THE ACTIVITY IS CANCELED BY DISCOVER ANDALUCIA Y SEVILLA OR ITS PARTNERS?
Discover Andalucía y Sevilla and its partner reserves the right to cancel an activity without adherence to the cancellation period if weather conditions, governmental, unforeseeable or unavoidable external circumstances actions endanger exercise the tour or much more difficult.
In this case you have two options:

In this case, we will propose another date for the completion of the activity or alternative activities that may be of interest. Where it is not possible to set another date or if this or other activities offered are not acceptable to you, you will be entitled to a refund of 100%.
21) HOW TO GET A REFUND?
If you request a refund, you must do so by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. After sending the email, you will receive a confirmation from Discover Andalucía y Sevilla that your request has been received. Please note, the refund will be possible according the cancellation policy of the activity.
22) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
The corresponding refund will be made between 24 and 48 hours from the cancellation of the activity through the payment method you’ve chosen to pay the booking.
Once given the order, refunds made by debit / credit card may take 5 to 7 business days to appear reflected in your bank account and up to 30 days in the case of some foreign cards. Refunds made by PayPal accounts become effective in less than 24 hours.
23) CAN’T FIND WHAT I NEED, WHAT DO I DO?
